2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, downloading any of our mobile applications, visiting any of our websites, or otherwise using any service provided by us (each, a "Service"), you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms;
- You are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the Service (whichever is higher);
- If you are using a Service on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
3. Description of our Services
We design, develop, and operate a portfolio of software applications, including but not limited to: AI-assisted legal information tools, AI-generated educational content platforms, mobile communication applications, on-demand service request software, and consumer mobility applications. The exact features available depend on the specific Service you use, as described on each product's documentation.
3.1 AI-generated content
Several of our Services use large language models and other artificial intelligence techniques to generate content, suggestions, recommendations, or information. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date. You should always independently verify any information provided by our Services before relying on it for important decisions.
3.2 Legal information disclaimer
Several of our Services provide general legal information based on publicly available legal texts. This information does not constitute legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. 4. User accounts

- Use automated systems to access our Services in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our Services without our prior written consent.
6. Payments and subscriptions
6.1 Pricing and billing
Where a Service offers paid features, the applicable price will be displayed before you complete a purchase. All amounts are in the currency stated at checkout and are payable in full at the time of purchase or subscription renewal. Payments are processed by our regulated payment partners (such as Apple, Google, and Stripe); we do not directly handle your card details.
6.2 Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel through your account settings or through the platform where the subscription was purchased (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.).
6.3 Refunds
Except where required by applicable consumer protection law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests should be addressed to the platform that processed your payment.
7. Intellectual property
All Services, including their software code, designs, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by MD AI SERVICES LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
If you submit content to any Service (such as messages, files, or feedback), you retain ownership of that content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.

9. Third-party services and content
Our Services may integrate with, link to, or display content from third parties (for example, payment processors, mapping providers, or open data sources). 10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of content. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defect will be corrected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will MD AI SERVICES LLC, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MD AI SERVICES LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
13. Termination
You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if continued provision of the Services becomes commercially or legally impracticable.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updates.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms displayed within a Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and MD AI SERVICES LLC concerning the Services.
